FAQS

What employers ask before they start

Will employees see this as “Big Brother” monitoring?

No. When communicated correctly, our programs are viewed by employees as a support mechanism rather than surveillance. The primary contact point is a qualified health professional (a registered nurse), which emphasises duty of care and wellbeing over punitive monitoring. Our change management framework helps HR leaders position programs positively to employees from day one of rollout.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation timelines vary based on organisational size and complexity, but a standard enterprise rollout typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. This includes system configuration, policy alignment, and comprehensive manager training to ensure a smooth transition and immediate impact upon launch.

How does Sedgwick Health Solutions ensure clinical consistency and quality?

All calls are managed by qualified, registered nurses using structured clinical decision frameworks and evidence-based assessment protocols to support consistent, defensible and clinically appropriate outcomes.

Does your software integrate with our HR system?

Yes. Our software platforms integrate securely with major enterprise and payroll platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud. Integration is delivered via secure REST API connections or automated SFTP flat-file transfers, ensuring data consistency and eliminating dual-entry for HR teams.

Can your solutions support large or complex organisations?
Yes. Our operating model is designed to scale rapidly in line with demand and can support multiple programs, locations and workforce groups concurrently while maintaining consistent clinical quality and governance.
